So… Your Life Fell Apart? Retreat

As consciousness shifts, many of us experience life changes that shake us to our core. Join local spiritual guides and healers for support in your transformation. This retreat will help participants learn to peacefully navigate the mental, emotional and physical challenges that come with life changes of all kinds.

The retreat will include gentle yoga for all fitness levels, guided meditation, self-inquiry, sacred ceremony & workshop experiences with several spiritual teachers and guides from the Charlotte area.

Following the event, you may choose to participate in a Red Tent experience for women or a men’s sweat lodge  at Sacred Grove Retreat Center.
